The conservatory’s terms of use

1. Who keeps the fernery

These terms govern your use of glasshousefernery.com ("Glasshouse Fernery", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of glasshousefernery.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may step under the glass

Only people of 18 or over may use Glasshouse Fernery. Using it means you confirm you are at least 18.

3. The coins in the brass can

• All play uses virtual coins, which cost nothing.
• Coins have no worth in money, and the law treats them as neither cash, credit nor property.
• Coins may not be bought, sold, withdrawn or passed to anyone else, nor exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and the fernery offers no in-app purchases.
• Nothing with real-world value is ever awarded as a prize.
• Septimus may prune, adjust or reset coins, levels and features at any time.

4. Real-money gambling is not grown here

Glasshouse Fernery grows no real-money gambling and promotes none, and not one path from here leads to a gambling operator.

5. Your page in the notebook

• Panedrip Orchids and Cresslade Flumes, beyond the open lily dome, need a free account. Each person signs the notebook once, and no page may be shared.
• Keep your password to yourself alone, and tell us without delay if somebody else has been into your account.
• Your account page lets you uproot the account whenever you like. The removal is instant and cannot be reversed.
• Should an account be used to disrupt the fernery, or should we believe its holder is under 18, we may suspend it.
• Coins, levels and missions grow on the account, not as your property, and may be cut back to nothing.

6. Behaviour among the ferns

Do not try to trample the site, set automated tools loose on it, offer coins for trade, or let anyone under 18 through the door.

7. When the doors close, and who is liable

The fernery is offered “as is”; any bed or room in it may be changed or cleared away. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Whatever liability the law forbids us to limit stays unlimited, and your statutory rights are untouched by these terms.

English and Welsh law applies to these terms.
